Sunscreen : The good advice of French Provencal Beauty

Hello Everyone,

Summer continues, the temperatures are hot and the sun is present !
Every year the choice of sunscreen is extremely important .
After conducting a survey about your sun protection habits, i realized that there were more and more peoples who really wanted to protect themselves properly from the sun .
It must be said that the poor quality of the ozone layer must be something . 
The sun is the first sign of aging of the skin on the body and face .
So how to choose your protection index ? 
Well ,it's your skin type that determines it .
It is certain that if you are blonde with a white skin index 50 is obligatory .
With this type of skin you have to be extremely careful because the skin is fragile and this can cause damage (burning, sunburn, sunstroke ).
If you have a skin that easily tans and you do not get sunburn, the index 30 can be a good compromise .
If you are dull, brown, your skin is more resistant, i do not know if i can say it's a chance to have this type of skin but in any case the exposure to the sun is much better than the others . 
Finally, children must be protected with SPF 50, their skin is ultra sensitive and i specify that babies should never be exposed directly to the sun.
To choose well you have to be careful that UVA and UVB is well inscribed.
UVA is responsible for the aging of the skin and it's the UVB that get the nasty sunburns.
Some precautions to take :
Exposure to the sun between 12 am and 4 pm is really the most dangerous ,so it's not recommended .
Always plan for water nearby as dehydration is fast arrived .
To have tested this year, i find that going to beach from 16 am is even more pleasant, the sun is softer, there are sometimes fewer people on the beaches, it's the perfect compromise .

Is is famous for an tan unique!
It must be admitted the Monoi it feels really good .
This make us immediately think about holidays, beach and well being.
So i just want to clarify before anything else that it goes without saying that there is no evidence of protection and therefore do not put that if you have sensitive skin.
Be aware that beyond tanning this oil can be used throughout the year in care oil for dry skin and hair .
The benefits of this oil are more to prove ,it is a source of incomparable beauty.
