My Resolutions for 2018

The first day of January allow us every year to consider a new beginning and to think differently ...
Yes ... It's never too late to change your habits and your life  ! 
It must be admitted that most of the time , these resolutions are quickly abandoned and bad habits comme back . 
And if this time we really try to stick to it ? 
Of course nothing will happen easily , but we can move slowly toward these new ideas !!
What do you think ? 
Here are some resolutions that I will try to keep in mind and I will share it with you as well ..

TAKE MORE TIME FOR YOURSELF

The days , the weeks follow each other and we always end up saying ..
I did not do this , I diid not do that ... 
Prioritizing seems important to me today ..
of course we can not do everything , but why not make lists and refocus on what is essential ! 
Decide to do things today rather than tomorrow, here's a great way to approach 2018 ,change things and focus on yourself and your its priorities .
When we have accomplished all this , personal satisfaction will be felt and it will allow to feel better ... 

READ A BOOK ONCE A MONTH 

For some people , reading is not a priority . 
Is there no better than to offer a moment of relaxation by opening a good book ?
Reading allows the mind , reflect, analyzed open its imagination .
Each his style: Novel , autobiography ... 
Let yourself go to his moments of relaxation to consider a year in a more relaxed way . 

EXIT AND DISCOVER A NEW PLACES 

The routine sometimes make us take habits and it finally always take us to the same places , no matter where you live , there is so much to discover around us ..
Change your daily routine by finding new ideas for discover .
Internet is full of ideas to make beautiful walks on week ends ( museums ,trips ,ballads ,regional guides) .
Dare to change , often it will allow to move forward each week in a best way. 

SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY 

If you had tendancy to forsaken your family for many reason, take advantage of 2018 to focus on that and bring them more attention..
Take the opportunity to make beautiful pictures together , the pace or time passes, some time after, reopening his photo album always allow us to revel magical moments ..
All these are privileged moments that we must not forsaken.

STAY POSITIVE 

Everyday, we can happen to think negatively .
Positivity has to be something constant , you have to learn to work that .
Indeed, a positive idea, will cause a positive action and this will be felt on our daily lives. 
Try to fight the negativity as much as possible , for example , take a break from bad news..
At the end of each day , write 2 or 3 positive things that happened to you during the day , so that you consider a more relaxed night .

Adopt the positive attitude by focusing on what we have rather than what we do not have.
Always be grateful.
Surround yourself with positive people .
Here is a beginning .. there is more to put all this in practice . 
Do not hesitate to share these positive ideas, it seems that is contagious ...!
